Focusing Your Impact

YOU HAVE A COLLECTION OF INNOVATION PROJECTS AND TEAMS. THEY RUN AT DIFFERENT VELOCITIES AND ARE AT DIFFERENT STAGES. YOU MAY HAVE ACCIDENTALLY SPUN-OUT A PROJECT…

The Innovation Readiness and Potential Assessment (IRPA) provides visibility of:

  • how close each project is to delivering impact;
  • the type of impact that can be delivered. Now and in the future; and
  • how to build innovation and impact capability within.

Based on known entrepreneurial success factors, IRPA identifies impact readiness. Insight into what is and when that impact will be translated and unleashed is key for universities and research institutes to access funding and make it real. Impact is not just financial, may be shaping government/clinical policy, improving services/society or creating new product/services. We provide a pathway to enable your research to spin-out or increase your organisation’s profile and brand. Create deliberate rather than accidental impact.

“The insight gained (from this program) could be a game changer for our whole organisation.”

CREATE DELIBERATE
RATHER THAN
ACCIDENTAL IMPACT.

What is IRPA?

The Impact Readiness and Potential Assessment (IRPA) is a framework for teams to understand their solution readiness and how to communicate this to others. This helps them to shape how they find funding with increased clarity.

We provide an IRPA summary for each team with recommendations. We can combine insights across multiple teams, creating a visible and practical innovation portfolio visibility for all. Subsequent personalised masterclasses and workshops provide the opportunity for the teams to progress and learn, taking the project further than ever thought before.

The DC Collective and team assessment is provided in the team summary. This comparison opens a discussion on how to progress to impact within a sustainable and transparent process.

Plan your impact and funding opportunities. Don’t leave it to chance!
